Focus, calm and inner clarity for children and teens
Intuition Process
The Intuition Process is the Art of Living’s flagship program for young people — a structured journey that helps children and teens become calmer, more focused and more sure of themselves. It runs in three age groups: Juniors (5–8), Kids (8–13) and Teens (13–18), so every child works alongside peers at their own stage.
At its heart, the program is about attention. Through Sudarshan Kriya, guided meditation and age-appropriate breathing — woven together with games, stories and activities — children learn to settle a busy mind and notice what they actually feel and think. Sessions are playful on the surface and genuinely skill-building underneath.
What parents tend to notice first is steadier emotions and a longer attention span: less exam-time panic, fewer meltdowns, more patience with siblings and screens. What the children notice is subtler — a quiet confidence in their own judgement, and a tool they can reach for whenever things feel like too much. A short daily practice of fifteen to twenty-five minutes keeps it alive at home.
Many of Shreya’s most devoted students first came to her as children through this program. They return as teenagers, and then as adults, because the focus and calm they found here stayed with them through school, relationships and everything that came after.
