What the children can do
They walk in wriggly, sometimes shy, often doubtful. They leave calmer, bolder, and a little more at home in their own breath. These moments — laughter mid-pose, stillness before a session, the look on a face when focus finally arrives — are what this work is about. Real change, one breath at a time.

What families say
My daughter used to dread exam season. After Medha Yoga she actually pauses to breathe before a test — and she sleeps better too. The change at home is real.
Anjali SharmaParent, Medha Yoga Shreya makes the room feel safe. I came in shy and left able to speak in front of the whole group. The breathing is the part I still use every single day.
Rohan MehtaTeen, YES! Graduate As a working mother I thought meditation was not for me. The parents workshop changed that. Twenty quiet minutes and I meet my kids in the evening as a calmer person.
Priya NairParent, Breath & Meditation Workshop I have practised for years, yet Sahaj Samadhi opened a depth I had not touched. Shreya holds the space with such clarity and kindness.
Vikram DesaiAdvanced practitioner Our whole class did Utkarsh Yoga and the difference in focus was visible within weeks. The children were calmer, kinder and more present.
